The class org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.protocol.openwire.OpenWireConnection in ActiveMQ Artemis
is based on org.apache.activemq.broker.TransportConnection from ActiveMQ Classic,
and in the latter there is null check that doesn't exist in the former.
Therefore, I think it's worth adding this check.
The info should never be null since it is passed in off the wire from the OpenWire marshaller,
and state.getSessionIds() should also never return null because the underlying ConcurrentMap is initialized when ConnectionState is created.
Check that an attaching Openwire producer has SEND permission on the target
destination and reject it if it does not instead of delaying checks until the
actual send. For anonymous producers check early in the send process to reduce
overhead in the JVM handling messages that are going to fail to send.
This commit uses lambdas or method references wherever possible. There
are still a handful of places that appear like they could be changed but
couldn't mainly because they use "this" and the meaning of "this"
changes when using a lambda.
This commit does the following:
- deprecate all QueueConfiguration ctors
- add `of` static factory methods for all the deprecated ctors
- replace any uses of the normal ctors with the `of` counterparts
This makes the code more concise and readable.
This commit does the following:
- deprecate the verbosely named `toSimpleString` static factory
methods
- add `of` static factory methods for all the ctors
- replace any uses of the normal ctors with the `of` counterparts
This makes the code more concise and readable.
Currently when an MQTT topic filter contains characters from the
configured wildcard syntax the conversion to/from this syntax breaks.
For example, when using the default wildcard syntax if an MQTT topic
filter contains a . the conversion from the MQTT wildcard syntax to the
core wildcard syntax and back will result in the `.` being replaced with
a `/.`.
This commit fixes that plus a few other things...
- Implements proper conversions to/from one WildcardConfiguration to
another.
- Refactors the MQTT code which invokes these conversion methods. This
includes simplifying a lot of test code.
- Adds lots of tests for everything.
- Clarifies some variable naming to better distinguish between core and
MQTT.
Change from forcing a session start cycle on each consumer add
event and start only those consumers that were added which will
trigger a prompt delivery action on each. The session should be
marked started on create to account for the remove of the start
on each consumer add event.
When initially developed the expectation was that no more producers would keep connecting but in a scenario like this
the consumers could actually give up and things will just accumulate on the server.
We should cleanup these upon disconnect.
