In commit a9a85f98db I removed the code
which modified existing matches. However, I forgot that the matches read
from LDAP are often duplicated so instead of always adding a new match
this commit ensures that the *right* match is modified rather than a
potentially more generic wildcard match (which was the original
problem).
I decided on NO-JIRA as this is only support tests themselves. No need for release notes on this commit:
I changed logging-CI.properties to be the same as logging.properties, with the only exception as file and console are limited by WARN.
while the AssertionLogger would still get INFO. as that's required for certain tests.
Using a ThreadLocal for the audit user information works in most cases,
but it can fail when dispatching messages to consumers because threads
are taken out of a pool to do the dispatching and those threads may not
be associated with the proper credentials. This commit fixes that
problem with the following changes:
- Passes the Subject explicitly when logging audit info during dispatch
- Relocates security audit logging from the SecurityManager
implementation(s) to the SecurityStore implementation
- Associates the Subject with the connection properly with the new
security caching
The Audit log allows user to log some important actions,
such as ones performed via management APIs or clients,
like queue management, sending messages, etc.
The log tries to record who (the user if any) doing what
(like deleting a queue) with arguments (if any) and timestamps.
By default the audit log is disabled. Through configuration can
be easily turned on.
Duplicated dependency declarations on a few pom.xml files were causing the Maven warnings. These duplicated dependencies were removed.
File `server-start-stop-backup-jms-config1.xml` was malformed. A missing quotation mark was added.
The server will always restart now, with older files being removed.
The system will now move current data into ./oldreplica.#, and remove old ones.
All the logic for moving these files is encapsulated at FileMoveManager.
This was causing issues with javadoc
utils is also a package on activemq-server. ActiveMQUtilLogger is using a super class that was not part of the
source path on the javadoc plugin what caused it to exception and interrupt building
Fixing the classpath so some tests would find the LogManager configured
Fixing the dependency on the AssertionLoggerHandler so all the tests could also see it without further errors
- added missing license headers found by maven rat plugin.
most of them added automatically via apache-rat
a few manually added
- added apache-rat maven plugin to the build cycle

We are renaming packages from activemq6 to activemq as that's more generic and version independent
The previous commit renamed the directories. On this commit now I'm changing the code.
If we changed the code and the directories on the same commit git would remove and add a lot of files
without recognizing the renames.
