Fixed up transaction broker recovery processing and kahadb store such that pending recovered messages and acks wait for and respect the eventual xa transction outcome. Essentially implementing exactly once delivery semantics on failure. Updated the camel jms to jdbc test route to validate correct failure recovery processing with geronimo, test pulls in xa wrappers from jencks and openejb such that NamedXAResources are registered with geronimo.
