Gary Tully 8274f09dd4 resolve https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/AMQ-1191 by introducing driver specific locker so that impl for sql_server can diverge from those of oracle etc. Thus the patch is applied to a transact sql specific impl - the impls are defined in a resoruce file in the same way as the adapters. The default locker now remains unchanged.
