a0023f4852 automatic proxy handling is only there if -autoproxy is set; marked as such in the docs. -noproxy is removed.

3fd5393e99 This is the first visible divergence ofAnt1.7 from 1.6...ant 1.7 has a -nice option that lets you lessen or increase the priority of the main thread. Useful for background builds, though since it doesnt propagate into forked code, not as useful as it could be.

078e8aaeaa Improve OS/2 support: 
* Apparently the vmlauncher in OS/2's JDK 1.3 doesn't work properly,
  disable it.

* Add REXX scripts to run Ant.

* Add OS/2 specific notes to the docs.

b6a3e9df36 License police on documentation files: 
(1) Make sure there is a Copyright notice on all visible files.

(2) Make sure all years in which the file has been modified are
listed.

(3) Make sure the format is consistent, i.e. separate consecutive
years with a dash, not a comma.

When Stephane changed starteam.html it has been 2001 in France but
2002 in Australia - does that mean we add 2002 to the Copyright line
or not?  ;-)

fe05ef0ff3 Allow for an ANT_ARGS environment variable, for setting things like 
using a different logger or including the -find flag.

(runant.pl, also add a check for cygwin for path separator, fix ANT_OPTS.)
