0d3707a11b Overhauling download link. 
* Adding <archiva:downloadArtifact /> taglib.
* Adding ability to download sources, javadoc, and client jars too.
* Adding ActiveManagedRepositories class to aide in anonymous artifact handling.
* Adding test-repository for maven 2.x j2ee artifacts with sources / javadoc / client jars.
* Adding ManagedArtifact class to track this relationship between main artifact and attached artifacts.

63c171e2eb [MRM-161] move the query layer tests, remove unnecessary mocks, and fix tests to test legitimate things. Remove tests for null artifact ids, etc since it is impossible that they would be created with a normal (non-mock) API and the reporting will get these errors fed through from the file positioning and model validation errors instead
