Niall Pemberton 23f3b90843 Reorganize site to standard m2 layout (now there is no longer an m1 build) ...

- move/rename xdocs directory to site/xdoc
 - remove xdocs/images and xdocs/style directories
 - move xdocs/changes.xml to site/changes/changes.xml
 - correct changes.xml location in pom.xml
 - remove xdocs directory from assembly/src.xml
 - remove redundant conf directory
