* Fix resource leak in `io.druid.segment.IndexIO.DefaultIndexIOHandler#validateTwoSegments(java.io.File, java.io.File)`
* Un-deprecate `close()` in `QueryableIndex` and make it inherit `Closeable`
* Fix resource leaks in various unit tests
* Add `CloserRule` for closing out resources
