Charles Allen 3d27747f7e Upgrade to log4j2 
Default behavior is as before.
Added documentation for how to enable synchronous logging for select chatty classes:
* io.druid.client.ServerInventoryView
* io.druid.client.BatchServerInventoryView
* io.druid.curator.inventory.CuratorInventoryManager
* com.metamx.http.client.pool.ChannelResourceFactory
