This ensures that we do not repeat the type name.  Some instances remain
due to auto-generated code in dmtf/cim/Cim*.

Andrew Gaul 44f6318759 Add Checkstyle configuration for line length 
Enforces line length of 120 characters, which fails due to many
violations.
