  introduce KeystoneProperties/TENANT_NAME KeystoneProperties/TENANT_ID properties; set value of prefix to tenantName
  updated correct identityName in openstack providers
  Add minDisk to toString.
  Test for minDisk
  Merge upstream changes to template builder
