Andrea Turli 9b3e6d91bf Fix retryOnRenew classes 
These classes should not close the release the payload as they are not
reading it.

- fix swift
- fix openstack-swift v1 and v2
- fix RetryOnRenewTest for v1 and v2

Tom Manville 9f11888f4b JCLOUDS-342: Retry on HTTP 408 for swift 
To repro issue 342, the following steps were taken:
 - Spawn 500 parallel / 2000 total putBlobs to cloudfiles-uk
 - issue a SIGSTOP
 - wait 60 seconds
 - issue a SIGCONT

Without this patch, there are several hundred 408s.
With this patch, these are retried and complete successfully.

Andrew Gaul ce3047517f Allow configuration of session renewal. 
Also set default timeout to 30 minutes.  This works around a situation
where we used an expired token.  I saw symptoms where CloudFiles
temporary signed URLs worked for hours 0-23, renewed the token, worked
for hours 23-24, then failed for hours 24-46.  The cycle then repeats.
