Andrew Gaul b27658eccd Propagate status in deleteAndVerifyContainerGone 
Consuming the result of deleteContainerIfEmpty avoids an eventual
issue with Swift containers.  Also backfill some tests for
deleteContainerIfEmpty.  Fixes JCLOUDS-420.
