Peter Carlson 46e1e54350 First submittal of SearchBean, a bean that wraps many of the Lucene functionality to perform searches. 
It supports:
1) Paging
2) Iterating through the search results a HitsIterator
3) Sorting by a field

This can easily be used with a JSP page.

This passes the inital Testcase, but sorting has not been tested in this code yet.
