Soft deletes field must be marked as such once it's introduced
and can't be changed after the fact.

  Renamed SolrIndexSearcher.getLiveDocs to getLiveDocSet.

Steve Rowe d91273ddf0 LUCENE-8273: Rename TermExclusionFilter -> ProtectedTermFilter. Allow ProtectedTermFilterFactory to be used outside of CustomAnalyzer, including in Solr, by allowing wrapped filters and their parameters to be specified on construction. Add tests for ProtectedTermFilterFactory in lucene/common/analysis/ and in solr/core/. Add Solr ref guide documentation for ProtectedTermFilterFactory.
