David Wayne Smiley 99e12a9ea3 SOLR-6692: highlighter refactorings...

* extract method getDocPrefetchFieldNames
 * trim field names in getHighlightFields instead of later on
 * lazy-create FVH (could be expensive for wildcard queries)
