Make it more likely to perform concurrent search in tests (#959)
1) Replace default useThreads value: rarely() -> randomBoolean() 2) apply lower slices thresholds more frequently: randomBoolean() -> frequently 3) lower maxDocsPerSlice and maxSegmentsPerSlice threshold when applied 4) apply lower maxSegments and maxSegmentsPerSlice also when wrapWithAssertions is true

Building
Basic steps:
- Install OpenJDK 17 (exactly this version).
- Clone Lucene's git repository (or download the source distribution).
- Run gradle launcher script (
gradlew
).
We'll assume that you know how to get and set up the JDK - if you don't, then we suggest starting at https://jdk.java.net/ and learning more about Java, before returning to this README.
