Simplify the bootstrapping instructions to remove use of M2_HOME. As part of deprecating the M2_HOME environment variable (MNGSITE-223), change the bootstrapping instructions so that it's no longer used. Signed-off-by: Jason van Zyl <jason@tesla.io>

Once the build completes, you should have a new Maven distro ready to roll in that directory!
