* Fix DefaultArtifactManager to allow using both Artifact and Dependency
* Add a TODO for an EventSpy related api
* Add simple string/model conversion on the XmlFactory

* Add protected constructors as builders should not be created directly
* Fix typos "can not" -> "cannot"
