Emmanuel Venisse 0a5f04c0a6 Fix MBOOT_CP generation for cygwin :

- convert MBOOT_CP to unix format if a user define it
- Remove MBOOT_CP conversion to unix format after initialization because we already have it in unix format.

How to use mboot
----------------

o ./build
o cd target
o export MBOOT_HOME=<whatever>; export PATH=$PATH:$MBOOT_HOME (optional)
o ./mboot-install.sh
o mboot

mboot will build Maven projects that are relatively simple. It will build
a JAR and package any resources into the JAR. Good enough for Maven itself
and the plugins but appears to be useful for other things.
