John Dennis Casey 10da177f1d [MNG-3119] Modifying MavenProject.addAttachment(..) and MavenProjectHelper.attachArtifact(..) implementations to throw an unchecked exception when a project attachment will collide with existing attachments. This includes tests to verify the behavior.
