- Refactored Flow Synchronization to make code cleaner
- Updated Authorizers to forcibly inherit Users, Groups, and Access Policies if the local flow is empty.
- Updated FlowFileRepositories to use SerializedRepositoryRecord instead of RepositoryRecord, so that we have the ability to read records without already knowing the Queue objects. Updated StandardFlowSynchronizer so that if the flow is not inheritable but the controller has not yet been initialized, the flow is backed up and replaced instead of NiFi failing to start
- Added system tests. Updated FlowController so that if it fails to inherit flow due to flow uninheritability that it notifies the cluster of this instead of remaining in the 'CONNECTING' state.
- Added additional log statements to aid in debugging

- Initial checkpoint: able ot start version control and detect changes, in standalone mode, still 'crude' implementation
- Checkpoint: Can place flow under version control and can determine if modified
- Checkpoint: Change version working in some cases. Does not work if processor removed because COMPONENT_REMOVED type has ComponentA whose ID is the VersionedComponentID but we are trying to call ProcessorDAO.get() with this ID
- Checkpoint: Able to change flow from Version 1 to Version 2 and back. Not yet tested with controller services. Have not tried changing/removing connections. Not cluster-friendly yet. All inline, not in background. Have not taken into account ports, funnels, remote ports, etc. Have not tested with Labels yet

- Started refactoring heartbeating mechanism, using a new package: org.apache.nifi.cluster.coordination
- Added configuration options for ZooKeeper username & password for heartbeat management. Also addressed issue where nodes that were previously disconnected were asked to disconnect upon restart
- Ensure that ACL is set properly when creating heartbeat node. Removed unused ControllerStartupFailureMessage.java
- Changed ZooKeeper ACL's so that container nodes that would not be sensitive are wide open and removed the usage of username & password when communicating with ZooKeeper. This was done specifically because username/password combination is considered a 'testing' feature that should not be used in production and is not supported by Apache Curator
- Refactored CuratorHeartbeatMonitor into an abstract heartbeat monitor that is responsible for processing heartbeats and CuratorHeartbeatMonitor that is responsible for retrieving heartbeat information
- Refactored so that heartbeats are sent to Cluster Coordinator directly instead of to ZooKeeper. ZooKeeper is used to know which node is the cluster coordinator but heartbeats to the Cluster Coordinator provide additional information about the nodes.
