NIFI-8380: Fixed a few thrading bugs, so that if we have multiple threads trying to download/unpack extensions, we properly synchronize the unpacking and unpack into the correct sub-directory under the working directory

Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader().getResourceAsStream(...) works in UnitTest, but not if the NAR is deployed in /extensions folder. If you want to use the processer the resource 'file.txt' is not found.
I changed this to 'getClass().getClassLoader()...' and its working as UnitTest and when deployed

Reverted import ordering in TestSiteToSiteClient.
Reverted exception listing in TestGetHDFSFileInfo, TestListHDFS, and StandardHttpFlowFileServerProtocol.
Restored @SuppressWarnings annotation and removed unnecessary "public static" keywords from inner classes in SiteToSiteClient.
