Mark Payne 3f0ef9e977 NIFI-10406: Updated Maven assemblies to ensure that we always use at least two of the GAVC parameters for includes and excludes. Updated Maven assembly plugin to version 3.4.2. Removed some includes and excludes from dependencies that previously were not matching and were generating Maven WARNING messages. nifi-external

The nifi-external module is a location where components can be developed by the NiFi team that are not intended to be used directly by NiFi but are to be used within other frameworks in order to integrate with NiFi.
