c753ce2278 OPENJPA-767 Start of true OSGi support, which uses the r828047 changes in the Geronimo JPA2 1.0-EA9 spec to resolve/load providers in OSGi. Still lots of work needed, so this is not in the normal builds yet.

a91b3bdb40 OPENJPA-1101 hellojpa as a bundle and steps on how to deploy openjpa to Apache Felix Karaf. Tests are disabled for now, as we need better Karaf integration with maven.
