Nicola Ken Barozzi f8637a0f2c Hopefully fixed the build error in JDK<1.4. 
Now it adds the endorsed jars to the classpath, so it should use Xerces.

Nicola Ken Barozzi faef26e475 Fixed uptodate check for more recent jar files. 
Now more recent jar files are correctly expanded when the target dir
is present but older.

Nicola Ken Barozzi 48b2018d9c Now it shows the classpath it's using to boot. 
It should contain all and only the jars in lib/endorsed.

Nicola Ken Barozzi d59f859dde Fixed the jdepend.xsl taken from Ant that outputted NaN values for non-us users. 
Filed a bug to Ant.

Nicola Ken Barozzi 6e5c586edc Added testtargets task that checks all targets indipendently (cleans in between). 
It builds succesfully here.
Also changed gump target to run testtargets and then testmodule.

Nicola Ken Barozzi dd74d11acf fixed -projecthelp usage in build.sh by removing the xml log stuff. 
It still puzzles me... I guess I'll dump the xml log alltogether.

Nicola Ken Barozzi 3201dd15ad Finally found out how to load the ant optional tasks without having to 
put the jar under ant lib! :-D
Moved the default.properties of ant in a separate jar and removed the
definitions of the optional tasks used by centipede; removed the optional
tasks from ant optional.jar and put the classes in a jar in the relative cent
lib dir.
