700bf8d244 A few more places I should never have introduced Cell as a parameter, sine CellReference is all that is needed, faster, and allows for undefined cells. 
Backward compatible for the few people using it so far, with comments to point to the faster methods.

12d8a85ca9 Need to switch to ASM 6.0 as well to make the coverage reports to work, unfortunately the asm-all package seems to be gone, so we need to use three jar files now

881015618a add some javadoc to warn that stale cached formula cell values may result in incorrect evaluations, and what to do about it (evaluate formula cells before asking the rule if it applies). 
Doing it for the user turns out to not be that easy, as the FormulaEvaluator instance in use is not known in this context.

2444a5396d Close resources in tests and in case of Exceptions and use try-with-resources. Close the socket-connection during encrpyting/decrypting as soon as it is not needed any more.
