* Uses Spring 5.2.
* Upgrade to Elasticsearch 7.5.1.
* Deprecation of `TransportClient` usage.

* Removal of the Jackson `ObjectMapper`, now using the <<elasticsearch.mapping.meta-model,MappingElasticsearchConverter>>
