searches to remove superfluous comments.
Prior to this commit, many classes would have comments to indicate
blocks of code (such as constructors/methods/instance fields). These
added a lot of noise and weren't all that helpful, especially given
the outline views available in most modern IDEs.

attribute modification or the LDAP Password Modify Extended Operation
to change a user's password.

When using search-and-bind strategy, the user attributes are already returned in the first search.
If the user happens to not have privileges to perform a search, the second search may fail.
(user only has bind privileges)
