Evgeniy Cheban 9235a841fe
Some Security Expressions cause NPE when used within Query annotation 
Added trustResolver, roleHierarchy, permissionEvaluator, defaultRolePrefix
fields to SecurityEvaluationContextExtension along with setter methods to override defaults.

Phillip Webb a5aa6b3d7f Remove blank lines from all tests 
Remove all blank lines from test code so that test methods are
visually grouped together. This generally helps to make the test
classes easer to scan, however, the "given" / "when" / "then"
blocks used by some tests are now not as easy to discern.

Phillip Webb 8866fa6fb0 Always use 'this.' when accessing fields 
Apply an Eclipse cleanup rules to ensure that fields are always accessed
using `this.`. This aligns with the style used by Spring Framework and
helps users quickly see the difference between a local and member
variable.

Rob Winch ca5cc13948 SecurityEvaluationContextExtension Signature 
SecurityEvaluationContextExtension.getRootObject() should have a signature
with a return type of SecurityExpressionRoot. See
EvaluationContextExtension javadoc
eed7658ce5/src/main/java/org/springframework/data/spel/spi/EvaluationContextExtension.java (L61-L64)

This enhancement will allow for Spring Data to make certain types of
optimizations.
