FIX: Make summaries more cohesive by tweaking prompt. (#310) 
Other changes:

- Don't use Bedrock for non claude models if credentials are set.
- Remove extra sentence from HyDE prompt.

REFACTOR: Summarization and HyDE now use an LLM abstraction. (#297)
