DEV: Adapt to core bookmark changes (#280) ...

* Added can_see_bookmarkable? methods to BaseBookmarkable, implement
  that in QueryGroupBookmarkable
* Update spec to check that Notification for reminder has
  bookmarkable_id and bookmarkable_type
