DEV: Replace deprecated min_trust_to_create_post (#272 )

In https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/24740, `min_trust_to_create_topic` site setting was replaced by `create_topic_allowed_groups`. This PR replaces the former, deprecated one, with the latter.

How to Install this Plugin

How to Check if Plugin is installed

Go to Admin > Plugins

You should now see:

How to enable it in your posts

New Categories - Check ✅ Allow topic owner and staff to mark a reply as the solution

Old Categories - Go to that Category > Edit > Settings > Check ✅ Allow topic owner and staff to mark a reply as the solution
