* FIX: move attachment_css_class constant out of upload-short-url for discourse-markdown-it

* Use setTimeout instead of ember later

* WIP. Not sure if this worked.

* oneboxer cache in separate file

* Reset onebox cache still

* set functions for oneboxers cache
