David Taylor	c9dab6fd08	DEV: Automatically require 'rails_helper' in all specs (#16077 ) It's very easy to forget to add `require 'rails_helper'` at the top of every core/plugin spec file, and omissions can cause some very confusing/sporadic errors. It's very easy to forget to add `require 'rails_helper'` at the top of every core/plugin spec file, and omissions can cause some very confusing/sporadic errors.

By setting this flag in `.rspec`, we can remove the need for `require 'rails_helper'` entirely.

* Remove some `.es6` from comments where it does not matter

* Use a post processor for transpilation

This will allow us to eventually use the directory structure to
transpile rather than the extension.

* FIX: Some errors and clean up in confirm-new-email

It would throw an error if the webauthn element wasn't present.
Also I changed things so that no-module is not explicitly
referenced.
