88f8c9f43e FIX: when banner is removed update all clients 
Previously removing a banner raised a null "banner" in the message bus
channel.

Then Ember.Object.create would fail cause it always expects an object in
constructor.

ec1c3559da PERF: correct clean up inactive so it does not clog scheduler 
also add a hard limit of 1000 users per job run so we do not clog the
scheduler

destroyer.destroy has a transaction and this can have some serious complications
with the open record set find_each has going

f0f3deb32b PERF: Simplify query of UserStat#update_topic_reply_count. 
For a user with alot of posts, we get a 25% speed up.

Remove Yahoo login support from core and deprecate OpenID2.0 (#7310) 
- Plugin developers using OpenID2.0 should migrate to OAuth2 or OIDC. OpenID2.0 APIs will be removed in v2.4.0

6525613b89 PERF: Use joins for Post.for_mailing_list instead of NOT IN. 
Joining on the topics table and then filtering the topics against a large set of
ids is so much slower than doing a join on a sub query.
