Convert `Discourse.Post` to ES6 and use Store model
- Includes acceptance tests for composer (post, edit)

Rename "Integration" tests to "Acceptance" tests.
The term "Acceptance" seems to have won out everywhere and I don't want
our codebase to be confusing.
