Robin Ward 6b04967e2f FEATURE: Staff members can lock posts 
Locking a post prevents it from being edited. This is useful if the user
has posted something which has been edited out, and the staff members don't
want them to be able to edit it back in again.

Sam bfd052a317 PERF: guard so we only create one optimized image per process 
This protectd sidekiq and other cases where optimized images are created on
demand so they do not dominate the machine.

Guo Xiang Tan 6ecf37c482 Improve URL validation to check for a valid host. 
Parsing a URL with `URI` is not sufficient as the following cases
are considered valid:

URI.parse("http://https://google.com")
=> #<URI::HTTP http://https//google.com>
