FEATURE: Multiple SCSS file support for themes (#7351) 
Theme developers can include any number of scss files within the /scss/ directory of a theme. These can then be imported from the main common/desktop/mobile scss.

Sam Saffron 2fea29a355 Simplify animation used to denote draft is saved 
The original implementation felt a bit too short, went with
a much simpler animation which sticks around for 5 seconds.

5 seconds seems to be the standard and the same timing gmail use

Sam Saffron 9bd3afda5d FIX: display conextual count on favicon if selected 
This also corrects the test suite and moves the two notification counts
so they are closer together.

James Haggerty dcec256b9d Make 1gb warning a little less than 1gb (#7368) 
When you have '1gb' RAM, this might be a little less than 1,000,000.
Let's not warn unless it's well under 1gb.

Penar Musaraj 723feea832 Bump textarea font size on mobile 
As of eae2254, zooming is enabled in mobile. Unfortunately, iOS zoomns in on textareas and inputs with font sizes below 16px. This bumps font size for textareas (i.e. composer) but not yet for inputs.

Sam Saffron baa7a9836c FEATURE: remove "COMPRESS_BROTLI" optional behavior 
The compress brotli functionality is no longer optional, this has worked
well for years. The name of the ENV var is also confusing cause it does
not have a `DISCOURSE_` prefix which caused issues with the web upgrader

Brotli support is now unconditionally on

FIX: Fallback to last post when the in-view post cannot be detected. 
In certain situations the detection method fails. For example, it fails
for a topic containing: a long post (~1600px height), gap, small action
(focus on this), hidden reply.

This is to address: https://www.npmjs.com/advisories/755

It is a low priority fix, as Discourse does not allow end users to input
raw handlebars templates.
