* Update eslint-config-discourse
* Update linting workflow
* Prettier-ignore stuff
* Update template-lint config
* Auto-fix template issues
* Fix various template issues
  Mostly incorrect attributes and unused templates
* Prettier js files
* Fix template auto-fix regressions
* Small css tweak
