444617 - Expose local and remote socket address to applications

+ Exposing 2 new automatically added userProperties
  * "javax.websocket.endpoint.localAddress" 
  * "javax.websocket.endpoint.remoteAddress"
  these are both java.net.InetSocketAddress objects
