Greg Wilkins 862e6d008e Jetty 9.4.x 3755 annotation/jndi example cleanup (#3763) ... * Issue #3755 Annotation example cleanup + Created JettyDistribution class as common utility to locate a jetty distribution for examples. + Fixed ServerWithAnnotations to correctly use the test-spec-webapp + Added AttributeContainerMap as a better way to treat attribute values as beans.
