Jan Bartel 688fbac7aa New Configuration structure. This structure will be modified in jetty-8 to accommodate servlet spec3. This checkin moves jetty-7 closer to that final structure. Configuration now consists of 3 phases: preConfigure(), configure() and postConfigure().
