* Introducing jetty-slf4j-impl
* Make Jetty use org.slf4j
* Removed most of org.eclipse.jetty.util.log classes
* Left org.eclipse.jetty.util.log.Log and
org.eclipse.jetty.util.log.Logger but as
simple bridge classes that are deprecated
