Support HQL 'any'/'some', 'every'/'all', and 'exists' subquery operators

- 'exists' and 'not exists' are predicates
- 'any'/'some' are expression used on RHS of comparison operators, but
  note that they also collide with the HQL aggregate functions of the
  same name
