Gavin King c4868bbdaf removal of deprecated unused code for H7 (#8485) 
* remove unused stuff already marked forRemoval
* remove old NamingStrategy stuff which does not actually work anymore
* some cleanups to the mapping package
  - make a couple of deprecated methods private
  - delete some unnecessary code
  - remove all obsolete "iterator" methods

* Defer determination whether batching should apply and which lock mode should be used until startLoading

Chris Cranford 03d5ce08bc HHH-14176 Use column name 'description' rather than 'desc`. 
Using the `desc` keyword creates problems for certain dialects, so changed the
property's name so that there is no keyword conflicts.
