Root package is now org.hibernate.spatial (instead of org.hibernatespatial)
GeometryType replaces GeometryUserType.
SpatialDialects remap SpatialSqlTypeDescriptors.
Hibernate Spatial registers GeometryType in Integrator (temporary fix: see HHH-6507).
