External Libraries: Update Backbone.js to 1.4.0.
Upgrade Backbone to the latest stable version. Fix some issues in Media with `listenTo` which changed in this version, see https://backbonejs.org/#changelog. Props desrosj, priyankkpatel, pierlo. Fixes #47478. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@46157 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@45969 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
