Docs: Slightly adjust the description for `$table_prefix` in `wp-config-sample.php`.
This replaces the DB abbreviation for consistency, and aims to make the sentence a bit more clear. Follow-up to [59044]. See #34189. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@59240 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@58632 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
