Revisions: avoid double call to wp_restore_post_revision_meta when restoring post.
Remove an extra call to `wp_restore_post_revision_meta` - the meta restore action is already hooked to `wp_restore_post_revision`. Follow up to [56714]. Props: spacedmonkey. Fixes #20564.
